Chef Fox created an extraordinary culinary experience for us and our friends. His use of sustainable and local ingredients makes every bite a delight. This Michelin star-trained chef is passionate about the environment and feeds both your body and mind as he explains each course and its unique ingredients. His Eggplant Fry Bread with Tomato Egg Sauce was light and crunchy and served with a fresh creamy Chevre. A chorus of “yums” and “wows” was heard around the table for each of the seven courses. The presentation of the food on each plate is beautiful as he mixes colors and fresh takes on plant-forward courses, meat and fish dishes, and dessert. The Black Rice Cake dessert with onion scrap toffee, chocolate ganache and decadent whip cream and blueberries did not disappoint.
